Herschiel Castleberry
Age 93, passed away June 17.

He was born May 16, 1915 and lived most of his life in Dallas and Cedar Hill.

A loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, he was owner of Castleberry Mill and Lumber for over 30 years.

Herschiel was a faithful member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Cedar Hill where he served as a deacon.

Preceded in death by Margaret, his wife of 64 years, he is survived by daughters, Doris Knapek (Henry), Nancy McLaughlin (Jerry) and Melinda Amburn (Charlie); brother, James Castleberry; sisters Anna Caves and Stella White.

He is also survived by five grandsons, two granddaughters, and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services are 2:30 pm Thursday, June 19 at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 265 Pleasant Run in Cedar Hill.

Burial will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park in Duncanville.

Visitation is 7-9 pm Wednesday, June 18, at Jaynes Funeral Chapel, 811 So. Cockrell Hill Road, Duncanville, Texas.

Herschiel Castleberry
