GLADWIN WOMAN DIES
GLADWIN --- Mrs. Cora J. Cassiday, 84, of Gladwin died Saturday at Gladwin Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Albion, Indiana on July 3, 1878 and was married May 24, 1893 to Elmer Cassiday, who died in 1956. Mrs. Cassiday is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Orpha Willis, of Gladwin; Mrs. Bertha Douce, of Marion, Ohio; Mrs. Margaret Garbett, of Flint; Mrs. Estella Bardwell, of Gladwin and Mrs. Sylvia Nunn, of Beaverton; two sons, Willard Cassiday, of Flint and Wilbur Cassidday, of Midland; two sisters, two brothers, 25 grandchildren adn 78 great - grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from Skeels Baptist Church, the Rev. Carl Briggs officiating. Burial will be in Skeels Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin until noon Wednesday and at the church until time of services.
