CASMER, Harold 86, of Palm Harbor, died May 13, 2008, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Evelyn L.; a daughter, Carolyn, of Monroe, WI; a son, David, of Chucky, TN; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda, 56, a grandson, David Jr., 3 brothers and his parents. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. He was born in Illinois and moved to Monroe, WI, where he was a partner in Casmer-Homb Distributors. The family moved to Florida in 1963, where he spent several years as a realtor before becoming disabled by ill health. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008, at Curlew Hills Funeral Home from 6-8 pm, with a Funeral Service at 7 pm. Burial will follow Tuesday, May 20, at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, with military honors at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
