She was a president of the Lynn Hadassah and was a New England regional past president and member of the Hadassah National Board.
Mrs. Carp was a president of the North Shore Women's Auxiliary of Brandeis University, and a member of ladies' auxiliaries of the Jewish Rehabilitation Center for aged in Swampscott, Beth Israel, New England Memorial and New England Sinai hospitals.
She was also a member of B'nai B'rith, Sisterhood of Temple Beth El in Swampscott, United Order of True Sisters and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Carp leaves her husband, Dr. J. Stanley Carp; two sons, Alan H. of Sharon and Frank J. of Peabody; and four grandchildren.
