HELEN A. BROWN, 64, of Troy RD 2, died April 10, 1982 at the Robert Packer Hospital. She was born July 30, 1917 in Williamsport, Pa., daughter of Floyd and Luetta Brown Caseman. She was a member of the Troy Baptist Church and the Windfall Grange. She is survived by her husband, Willard L. Brown; son and daughter-in-law, Gerald R. and Shirley Brown of Clover, S.C.; son and daughter-in-law, Eugene E. and Lorraine Brown of Meriden, Conn.; daughter, Mrs. Jerry (Janice) M. Kellogg of Milan, Pa.; brothers, Nelson Caseman of Columbia Cross Roads, Harold Caseman of Honeoye, N.Y. and Richard Caseman of Jersey Shore; sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Eva) Hoover of Dushore, Pa., Mrs. Raymond (Vera) O'Brian of Cogan Station, Pa., Mrs. Donald (Alice) Boun of Hamburg, N.Y. and Mrs. Darwin (Phyllis) Higley of Williamsport, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Vickery Funeral Home today from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Garry Zuber officiating. Burial will be in the Windfall cemetery.
