Roger retired from Hagerstown Community College. He was a member of Fraternal Order of the Eagles 694, The Improved Order of Red Men Tribe 84 in Williamsport and the Owls Club of Hagerstown. He was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Helen Case; two sons, Rodney Case and James Case; two stepsisters, Linda Hungerford and Sharon McKinsey; half brother, Donald Case; two grandchildren, Starr Case and James Case; and a special cousin, Patricia Fetters.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his twin daughters, Sherry Case and Sharon Case.
Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown; burial was in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport.
