Connie P. Acton passed away on January 16, 2010 at Summerhill Villa surrounded by her loving family.

Connie was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on October 11, 1936 to Sam and Stella Caruso.

At age nine, she moved with her family to Eagle Rock, California, where she grew up and met the love of her life, Richard Lee Acton. They married in 1956. Together they raised their three children, Sharon, Karen, and Steve in La Crescenta.

Family always came first for Connie. She was a wonderful wife to Richard who was a LA City Fireman for thirty-five years. They were married for forty-eight years.

Connie lost her beloved husband and only son Steve. She is survived by her daughters, Sharon and Karen, their husbands, Scott Enright and Lon Sellers. Connie's world revolved around her grandchildren who will forever cherish and adore her: Megan Montemayor (Brandon), Michelle Green (Jeff), Scott Amorelli, Emma, Greg, and Kelly Sellers. She also leaves many friends and extended family.

A Memorial Service will be held at Forest Lawn in Glendale on January 26, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.
