Gaylan Jean Kilgore, 42, of Duncan died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, in
Duncan.
Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Alma Cemetery with the
Rev. Roger Sims officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Don
Grantham Funeral Home.
All visitation will be at the Grantham Velma Chapel.
Ms. Kilgore was born Nov. 29, 1960, in Duncan, to Walter E. and Beatrice
Eakins Cartwright.
She worked for Dollar General in Duncan as a stocker and cashier. She was
a member of Alma Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother of Velma; a daughter, Ginger Kilgore of
Velma; a special friend, Billy Lewis of Holiday, Texas; three brothers,
Dale Cartwright of Leander, Texas, Don Cartwright of Velma, and Dean
Cartwright of Elgin, Texas; and four sisters, Gayle Henson of Leander,
Rita Ingram of Pawnee Rock, Kansas, Lola Bartling of Velma, and Diane Bass
of Sacramento, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her father.
