Wife of Robert Carter
Robert and Arrenia Carter were the first settlers to arrive in the area which would become Hamilton County. They settled near Fairview in 1854.

Robert was a 1st Lt. in the Hamilton Minute Men who protected the citizens of Hamilton County during the Civil War. Robert was killed in battle with the Indians.
