Mary Frances Carter Greene, 64, retired Texas Instruments employee, loving wife, mother, and friend, died Wednesday, February 2 at her home. Born in Woodford County, she was a daughter of the late Ben and Florence Scearce Carter and was a long time member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, David Greene, three sons, David (Kayla) Greene of Lexington, Damon Greene of Frankfort, Derrick Greene of Versailles, two sisters, Margaret Jackson and Joanna Franklin, both of Versailles, Gary Carter of Versailles, and five grandchildren, Dana, David III, Domonique, Aaliyah, Dezmond, and three great grandchildren, Denise Meads, Daiyana Greene, and Delainey Greene. Also surviving, in addition to a host of other relatives and friends, is a Goddaughter, Theresa Christian.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Carter.
