Melanie D. Carroll, 26, of Newbern, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2001 at Methodist Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Helton and the Rev. Don Dakin officiating. Burial will be in Church Grove Cemetery in Newbern.
The family will receive visitors from 5-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include her parents, Carlton and Reggie Carroll of Newbern; two sisters, Carla Wilson of Dyersburg and Jennifer Henson of Newbern; and her grandparents, Margaret Louise Barham and Rosetta Carroll, both of Dyersburg.
The family requests that any memorials be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
