Funeral services for Norma Faye Carroll, 72, of Blackville, SC will be held two p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Ashleigh Baptist Church with the Reverend Bob Scroggs officiating; burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friend from six to eight p.m. on Wednesday, March 9th at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, SC. Memorials may be sent in Faye’s memory to Ashleigh Baptist Church, 14315 Highway # 3 Blackville, SC 29817. Faye passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016.
Born in Lovers Leap, WV, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Virginia Meeks Lanham. She was a member of Ashleigh Baptist Church. She previously worked in the clerical department at the Credit Bureau, Star Carter Motors, Carter Furniture Company and Heilig Myers Furniture Company.
Survivors include her husband, Charlie Robert Carroll of the home; daughter, Stephanie Dianne (Eddie) Johnson of Barnwell; son, Ralph Steven (Sheila) Carroll of CT; grandchildren, Kayla Renee (David) Guerry, Logan Starr Johnson, Edgar McCoy Johnson, Jr., Connor MacKenzie Johnson, M’Lynne Shelby Carroll; great grandson, Bryson Tyler Guerry; sister, Barbara Jean (George) Brand of IN; dear friend, Elaine Sanders; a number of nieces, nephews and her Cocker Spaniel, Misty.
