Civil War CSA Congressman. Served as a Colonel in the Confederate Army during the Civil War. Elected as a Representative from Arkansas in the Confederate Congress in 1865. Served as an Arkansas State Court Judge from 1866 to 1868. He was an original of the Sons of the American Revolution, joining in 1896 with member ID #4401.
