Anna Mary Carrico Bridges, 80, of the Hubbard Home here died at 11:53 a.m. Saturday, November 13, 1993, at the home.
She was born October 19, 1913 in Bardstown, Kentucky to James W. and Nannie E (Smith) Carrico. She married Milan L. Bridges November 17, 1937 in Bowling Green, Missouri. He died May 18, 1983.
She is survived by three sisters: Betty (Higham) Wainwright of Hillsdale, Virginia (Fleck) Babbitt of Galesburg and Peggy Wilson of Parkville, Missouri; two brothers, Matt Carrico of Knoxville and Jim Carrico of Denton, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
She had worked as a registered nurse at St. Francis Hospital in McComb during her early life and lived most of her life in the Rock Island area.
Graveside services were November 16, 1993 at Glade City Cemetery at Blandinsville with Reverend Edman Clemmons officiating.[Peoria Journal Star Nov. 1993]
