Services for Bryan H. Carr, 79, Homer will be at 10 a.m., Saturday at the Moster and Sons Mortuary. Rushville with the Rev. Arthur Bowser officiating.
Mr. Carr died at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday at Rush Memorial Hospital, Rushville. He had been in failing health for several months.
Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery, Rushville.
Mr. Carr was born Jan. 12, 1898, in Casey, Ill., the son of Howard and Rose (Brady) Carr. On March 13, 1920, he married Lucille Gallimore, who survives.
He was a retired Rushville firemen with 30 years of service with the fire department.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Rubert (Eleanor) Kuhn, R.R. 1, Manilla, and Mrs. James (Phyllis) Harvey, Milroy; one brother, Marion Carr, Connersville, and two sisters, Mrs. Ina Malcolm, Casey, Ill, and Mrs. Perna Mohler, Cuba, Ill., Seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren also survive.
