Anderson, Arlene E. age 92, of Minneapolis, passed away with peace and dignity at home March 4, 2012. Preceded in death by husband Courtney, son Dennis, four brothers, one sister, and dear friend Joyce Peterson. Survived by son David (Jeanne), granddaughter Courtney (Jason) DaCosta, one brother, two sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, and extended Kuzma family of in-laws. Arlene was a member of the faculty and administration of Minnehaha Academy from 1945 - 1984, working as teacher, Dean of Students, Dean of Instruction, and Principal of Middle School. Following retirement she served as a Member and Chair of the Minnehaha Academy Board of Education and as Interim Director of Groves Learning Center. Arlene was an active member of Crosstown Covenant Church for many years. Throughout her life, Arlene was committed to love of family, devotion to friends, quality in education, and service to Christ. Private interment. Memorial Service Sunday, March 11th, 3:00 p.m., at The Hognander Chapel, Minnehaha Academy North Campus, 3100 West River Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55406. Fellowship time to follow.
