Survivors include one son, David R. Carney of Sebastian Highlands, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Kathy Bozard of Midlothian, Va.; a stepson, Richard Allen Jr. of Vicksburg, Miss.; a brother, Ronald Carney of Hamilton Square, N.J.; one sister, Elaine Cerek was of South River, N.J.; and two grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Elberta Public Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes and Crematory in Foley.
