Services for Bette J. Carmin, 76, of 303 Pine Court, will held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in McCloskey-Hamilton-Gundrum Funeral Home. Mrs. Carmin died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, April 10,1999, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. Born June 11, 1922, in White County, she was the daughter of Charles and Susie Hook Suiter. On Aug. 8,1941, in Delphi, she was married to Lawrence Carrnin, who survives, She was retired from the Logansport State Hospital after 30 years employment. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Clymers.
Also surviving are one son and daughter-inlaw, Charles B. and Brenda L. Carmin, Logansport; one daughter and son- in-law, Pat and Robbie Robison, Hanford, Calif.; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Margaret Suiter, Earl Park; four grandsons, Carl Robison, Hanford, Calif., Christian Carmin, Lafayette, Jason Carmin, Anderson, and Alan Carrnin, Logansport; three granddaughters, Tricia Miller, Hanford, Calif.; Cindy Ross, Logansport; and Debbie Gibson, Shatter, Calif.; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Two sisters, Sarah Gunter and Imogene Reames, and two brothers, Dick and John Suiter, preceded in death.
Pastor Greg Britt will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery, Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Cancer Society and the Cass County heart Fund.
