He is survived by his wife Kathy (nee Scott), his parents, Albert (Becky) Cardwell of Indiana and Lotus (Jim) Barkdoll of Florida, three brothers, Steve, Kevin, and Brad (Tanya) and one sister, Angel. He is also survived by 11 nieces & nephews.
Mr. Cardwell was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was employed as a carpet installer for the local 1185 out of Chicago giving over 15 years of service.
