Helen Carden Callaway Mealor, 91 of Jonesboro, Georgia passed away November 16, 2014.
Mrs. Mealor is preceded in death by her first husband Jack Callaway and her second husband Oscar Mealor as well as her sons George and Jerry Callaway.
She is survived by her daughters; Martha Southerland, Jackie (Jerry) Flowers, Betty Hickson and Rhonda (Ron) Chastain, brothers; Bo (Pat) Carden, Windol (Mary) Carden and L.M. Carden. Mrs. Mealor had twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, Georgia. The burial will follow at Camp Memorial Park Fayetteville, Georgia. Reverend Ron Whitlock and Reverend Mike Roper will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
