Mrs. Capps was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She was of the Methodist faith.
Jessie leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other family, all of whom will miss her dearly.
Graveside funeral service is 2:00 PM, Monday, April 19, 2010, at Maplewood Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
