He served in the U.S. Army 101st Airborne Korean Conflict. He was a retired Journeyman Local 134 Electrician. President of Streamwood Lions Club, Scout Master of Troop 48, Boy Scouts of America.
Survived by wife, Shirley M. (Johnson) Capaci; children, Frank, Jr. (Lisa), Brian, daughter-in-law (Stacie) widow of Anthony; ten grandchildren; three great granddaughters; parents, Salvatore (Agnes); stepmother, Marie Capaci; and many nieces, nephews; and cousins.
Preceded in death by sons, Steven and Anthony.
Service will be Friday, November 14, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Willow Funeral Home, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, IL. Visitation will be Thursday, from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at St. Michael The Archangel.
