There is currently (Nov 2020) no evidence of this burial in Concord cemetery. There is no gravestone in the cemetery and no record of his death in the Legacy of Kin book. A check of death records in Hamilton Co., IL has not been made at this time.
I have also searched the census records for Hamilton Co., IL from 1850 to 1920 and cannot find any mention of an appropriately aged Erwin/Irvin Campbell anywhere in HCI.
This memorial is most likely a result of an error in transcription and more research is needed as to it's validity.
