Edward Campbell, 71, of Scottsburg, died at Scott Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, November 23 2010.

He was born May 9 1939 in Dunraven KY to Luther & Sarybell Hoskins Campbell who preceded him in death.

He was married on May 26 1977 to Elsie L Turner Campbell who survives.

Edward was previously employed as a maintenance electrician at Exide in Corydon IN. He was a U.S.Navy veteran and a member of Scottsburgh F&AM #572 and VFW.

Survivors along with his wife Elsie; sons Victor Campbell & wife Alisha of Scottsburg & Dwayne Campbell of Scottsburg; 2 grandsons Gavin Campbell & Zach Campbell; sister Martha Dickerson of Scottsburg & Bessie Hurt of Austin; brother Gordon Campbell of Eddyville KY.

He was also preceded in death by brothers John, Everett, Paul, Riley, Tarri, Pearl & Arnold & sisters Ueney & Nancy.

No visitation. Funeral Service: 11am, Tuesday, November 30 2010 at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison IN. Burial at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery with Tony Mahan officiating.
