Dorothy Campbell Gulley age 94 of Connersville passed away on Monday June 30, 2014 at the Lincoln Centers.

She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She enjoyed playing euchre with her friends. She and her husband traveled all over the United States. They owned a place in Canada and spent their last several winters together in Florida.

She was born October 10, 1919 in Milroy, IN, one of 10 children of Walter and Icey Myrtle Lockridge Campbell.

She was a member of the New Heights Church of Christ.

She was married to Stanley Gulley on Nov. 23, 1955 in Connersville.

She was a waitress in several area restaurants, and she and her husband were the owners and operators of a small second hand store in Connersville called Dottie's. She worked at Cox Supermarket for 19 years until retirement in 1981.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Edward Bane in 1986 and her second husband Stanley Gulley in 1993. She is also preceded by a son Richard L. Bane in 1985; a daughter Carolyn J. Bane Lore in 1991; 5 brothers Frank Campbell, Fred Campbell, triplet brothers Harry Guinn Campbell; John Lockridge Campbell; and Walter Humes Campbell; four sisters Helen Campbell Hensley Garber; Ethel Campbell; Ruth Campbell Tuttle; and Marge Campbell Collins.

Dorothy is survived by a step son Stanley Gulley Jr. & Sandy of Maysville, KY; a step daughter Debra Gulley Jones of Richmond; grandchildren, David & Karen Lore, Connersville; Kathy Lore Sturgis & Rick, Connersvile; Sherry Lore Morgan & Dean, Connersville; Jamie Lore Stephen, New Palestine; Chris Bane & Sherri; Terri Bane Davenport & Bob; and Lisa Gulley Hook & David of Maysville, KY; Great Grandchildren Josh Lore & Rachelle; Brandy Sturgis Struckman; Jenni Sturgis Hall & Jack; Steve Barrett & Jennifer; Matt Barrett; Darren Stephen Jr.; Tara Stephen; Brayden Parrett; Aric Bane; Rhett Bane; Crystal Davenport & Erik; Megan Davenport Edwards & Tyrone; Jarrod Gulley; Jessica Hook; Erin Adams; and Andrea Adams Butts.
