Fannie was a child of her father's 1st marriage, which had taken place on 20 Jun 1816, to Mary Hostrander, who was born in 1795 and died April 15, 1839. Mary was a daughter of Jael "Joel" Lewis Hostrander, born about 1767, and Mary Smee. Her father remarried to Hannah Barrett on Oct 28, 1840. Hannah was born 20 May 1805 and died in Dec 1903.
