Eula Jackson Camille, a retired school teacher in East Baton Rouge Parish with more than 30 years of service, died Sunday, June 24, 2012, at the Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice. She was 80 and a native of New Orleans.

Visiting at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church until service, conducted by the Rev. Clee Lowe. Interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery. Arrangements with Hall Davis & Son Funeral Service.

She leaves to cherish her memory all of her nieces and nephews. Her nephews are Charles Givens, August Givens, Jr., Edward Elmore and Ulysses Porche. Extended nephew, Eddie Elmore Sr. Her nieces are Joyce M. Jackson, Beverly G. Williams, Mary E. Johnson, Emma E. Joubert (Shelton Sr.), and Mary F. Porche. Extended nieces, Elley B. Williams (James). Stepdaughter, Janice C. Heatly. Godchildren, Kenneth Jackson, Aliska Nelson, Carla Quiett, and August Nicholas Givens; nephew-in-law, Sidney Lemora, Sr.

Eula was preceded in death by her father, Ulysses Jackson, mother, Magnolia Jackson, husband, William Charles "Dub" Camille; three sisters, Geraldine J. Porche, Yvonne M. Givens and Elaine Jackson; two nieces, Rebecca Ann Jackson and Doris M. Lemora; three nephews, Dennis Schofield, III, Leonard Fields, III and Leonard Charles Tobias; and three brothers-in-law, August Givens, Sr., Henry Elmore and Joseph Porche.
