Brenda Jean Calvert Evans, 53, of Dawson Springs, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at 2 a.m. at the home of her daughter on Guill Rd., Princeton, following a short illness.

Born July 30, 1959, in Hopkins County, a daughter of the late Carl Texas and Shelby Jean Hankins Calvert, she was a retired CNA at Dawson Springs Health and Rehab.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Jeffry Evans; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jason Earl and Charlotte Lewis of Corydon and Christopher Owen and Dana Evans of Caldwell County; a daughter and son-in-law, Shelby Denise and James Guill of Caldwell County; a stepson, Terry Allan Evans of Dawson Springs; and nine grandchildren, Michael Kurtz, Dalton Kurtz, Bryan Lewis, Chasity Guill, Courtney Guill, Windy Lewis, Sean Conger, Alyssa Lewis and Bailey Lewis.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Nov. 24, at 11 a.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Denzil Sizemore officiating.

Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Daqwson Springs.
