No 19 United States Army General Hospital Nashville Tennessee. Jefferson United States Army General Hospital Jeffersonville Indiana. Veteran transferred to 70th Indiana Infantry and later consolidated with 33rd Indiana Infantry. Deserted 12 days 9-64. Mustered out 7-21-65. Last member wounded before 27th mustered out. Died at Bedford Indiana 12-10-22
