God has called another saint home. Era V. Caldwell, 89, formerly of Crowville, LA went home to be with the Lord on March 9, 2008. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Bethany Full Gospel Church, Crowville, LA with Brother Ron Charrier officiating. Interment will follow in the Crowville Masonic Cemetery.
Mrs. Era V. was a prayer warrior for God. Everything she did, evolved around prayer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. "Buck" Caldwell ; son, James E. Caldwell; granddaughter, Cindy Caldwell.
Survivors include sons, Dalton "Bunk' and wife Patricia of Laurel, MS, and Bobby Caldwell and wife Rita of Monroe, LA; daughter, Millie Thomas and husband Jerry of Sterlington, LA; sister, Nola Busby of Winnsboro, LA; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Rhodney Cook, Greg Caldwell, Dal Caldwell, Scotty Caldwell, Craig Caldwell, Ran Caldwell, and David Caldwell.
