GOINS, WILLIA CAIN - Age 78, of Bristol, TN, passed peacefully at Bristol Regional Medical Center on September 11, 2010 after a short illness. Survivors include: son: James (Eddie) Goins of Knoxville, TN. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 8:00 PM in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randall Shaffer officiating. The burial will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7:45 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to American Diabetes Association at 4205 Hillsboro Rd. Suite 200 Nashville, TN 37215-9805 or Bristol Life Saving Crew at 1601 Euclid Ave. Bristol, VA 24201.
