She met her future husband, Paul B. Dysart, at Harding Field in Baton Rouge and was married on July 29, 1942, at Kelly Army Air Base, San Antonio. After World War II, Tiny and Paul raised their five children in Baton Rouge next door to the home Tiny grew up in on Lobelia Street. Her life was her family and her church. She loved having her family together for holidays or any occasion, the more often the better.
She was a former 50-year member of St. Anthony Parish and a member of St. Louis King of France Catholic Church since 1972 where she was active in the Altar Society, Catholic Daughters and her Wednesday morning Rosary group. She also enjoyed her hobbies which included needlepoint, card games, and bowling where she attended 25 National Bowling Championships throughout the United States.
Tiny leaves a part of her family to join the others who preceded her in death her parents, Willie and Elista Caillouet; brothers, Merlin, Eldred, Clifford and Robert Caillouet; sisters, Odette Caillouet, Gladys McNabb, Edna Broussard, Carrie Caillouet and Betty Eubanks; grandson, James Paul Dysart.
Tiny will be greatly missed by her husband of 65 years, Paul B. Dysart; sons, Paul E. Dysart and wife Carmel, James R. Dysart and wife Kay, and John Dysart; daughters, Theresa Halverson and husband Steve, and Deborah Rogers and husband Greg; grandchildren, Stephen Bourgeois, Rebecca Hutchens, Kristen Dysart, Julie Swindle, PJ Dysart, Ginger Rogers, Marc Dysart and Lauren Rogers; great-grandchildren, George and Owen Nassif, Aaron and Jacob Bourgeois, and Lise and Abri Swindle; and sisters, Marie Taggert, Dorothy Vails, Margie Dobson and Patsy Lorio.
