She was born in Haverhill, Jun 25, 1926, daughter of the late Darcy and Emily (Gaudett) Comeau, and was educated at St. James Grammar School and St. James High School in Haverill, Mass.
For many years she was employed in the local shoe industry and prior to her retirement had been worked in the Kitchen at Oxford Manor Healthcare Center.
Cora was a member of St. James Church and enjoyed arts and crafts. She had created many ceramic pieces for herself and her family and also enjoyed traveling.
She was married for 57 years to the late Harry Lawrence Cahill, who died in 2004 and her survivors included 4 grandchildren Lew Robinson of Maryland, William H. Cahill of Barrington NH, Richard A. Cahill of Sandown NH Margaret J. Costello of Kingston NH, and 9 Great Grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Robert L and William J. Cahill.
Burial: St. James Cemetery, Haverhill, MA.
