Mr. Lawrence Cadwalader, 86, of 573 N. Crafford St., Bushnell, died at 6:25 p.m. Monday, October 26, 1981, in McDonough District Hospital, Macomb.

He was born June 15, 1895, in Wichita, Kansas, the son of Henry L. and Matilda Dobbins Cadwalader. He married Alice Hart August 24, 1921, in New Philadelphia. She survives along with one son, Robert of Marshfield, Wisconsin; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and two sisters.

Mr. Cadwalader farmed in Fulton and McDonough Counties for many years. He semi-retired to Prairie City seventeen years ago and moved to Bushnell two years ago. He was a member of the Point Pleasant United Methodist Church.

Funeral services for Mr. Cadwalader will be held Thursday at 1:30 at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday with family visitation from 7-9 Wednesday evening.
