Pete Cadenhead, age 80, of Crestview passed away Wednesday night, Sept. 26, 2012, at North Okaloosa Medical Center. Pete was born in Laurel Hill, on July 20, 1932, to Edward and Nellie Cadenhead. He served his country in the United States Navy. Pete was a member of Victorious Life Worship Center since 1994 and was known at church to hand out candy and quarters to all the little children. He loved to hunt and fish. Pete was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his brothers and sister, Clayton Cadenhead and wife Sarah, Helen Carroll, Jimmy Cadenhead and wife Judy, Greg Cadenhead and wife Brenda, and Donnie Cadenhead and wife Karen. Also surviving are 10 nephews, five nieces, and several great nephews and nieces and many church family.
