Rev Aaron,his brother Rev John Below Buzzell and Rev Benjamin Randell were the people who started up the Free Will Baptist Church of Middleton in 1790. The branches of both brothers and other family members were all Free Will Baptists,Israel,Jonathan and William were all Deacons or high members of the church.

Aaron is the son of William Buzzell and Anna-----.He married the daughter of Nathaniel Buzzell and Mary "Molly" Drew in 1786,Eunice Buzzell, and upon her death married Meriam Flanders.

His brother,Rev John also married a daughter of Nathaniel Buzzell and Mary "Molly" Drew,Anne Buzzell.

His marriage to Meriam Flanders brought them eight children,all born in Strafford,Orange Co.,VT.
