Eloise Butler, 87, a native of Kansas and a local resident for 55 years, died on Sunday, September 9, 2007. She is survived by a sister, Margaret Shupe of Vancover, Wash.; a brother, Ralph E. Butler Jr. of Wichita, Kansas (since deceased); a stepdaughter, Jacqueline B. Grinstead of Connecticut; a son, Michael T. Barton and his wife, Mary E. Davis-Barton; three grandchildren, Stephanie G. Hall-Thompson of Atlanta, Ga., Kimberlea G. Wimmer and her husband, Randall of Connecticut, and Eric M. Barton of Richmond; three great-grandchildren, Brittany L. Wimmer, Kaitlynn R. Hall, and Mitchell T. Wimmer. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, September 22, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
