Burnett, Jr.; two brothers Mr. Frank Butler, Atlanta, Georgia and Mr. James Butler, Cheyenne, Wyoming; sister-in-laws, Sarah Bradley, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Carrie Thomas, Atlanta, Georgia; children, Denise D. Burnett, Otis B. Burnett, III and Bernard A. Burnett; daughter-in-law, Priscilla P. Burnette; grandchildren, Martina Crawford (Antione), Otis B. Burnett, IV (Kim), Wayne T. Brown, Jr. (Tamesha) and Christopher P. Burnett (Damarys); great-grandchildren, Xavier Brown, Niobe Crawford, Braxton Burnett and Bryce Burnett; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
