She was born in Charleston SC on September 27th 1922 to Grover Cleve Raymond and Bessie Crosby Raymond.
Mrs. Butler was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith and was a sweet lady who was loved by many. She enjoyed her home, flowers, listening to the birds sing, and shopping. Her main interest was her family.
Mrs. Butler is survived by her daughters: Laura Taylor (Lewis) of Warrenville SC, Linda Prestwood (Ralph) of Montmorenci SC; grandchildren: Joanna Prestwood, Renee Beck, David Taylor, Tammy Harter, Sharon E. Deal, Angela L. Smith; great grandchildren: Rebecca , Joel, Joshua, Jacob, Julia, Jessica, Jordan, Jayden, Tyler.
Funeral will be at 1:30 PM, Saturday, September 15th 2007 at Carolina Memorial Funeral Chapel, 7113 Rivers Ave., N. Charleston SC 29406. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.
