Bersabé, a well known life time resident of the Española Valley, passed away at the Española Hospital.

Bersabé was survived by her husband Emiliano Bustos of their La Mesilla home; sons: Abel of Velarde, Larquin of San Pedro, Horacio of La Mesilla, and Steve of Albuquerque; daughter Mrs. Eddie Espinosa of La Mesilla; brothers: Teodoro Quintana of Española and Antonio and Santiago Quintana of La Puebla; and sisters: Susie Maestas of Cuarteles and Carmelita Naranjo of El Llano.

In 1920, Upper Santa Cruz; Bersabé Quintana was enumerated with her parents Blás and Ramóncita E. Quintana and siblings: Teodoro, Antonio S., Santiago F., Federico, and Carmelita B. Quintana (1920 Census).

Funeral services were on 21 May 1972 at Holy Cross Church in Santa Cruz. Burial followed in the Holy Cross Cemetery.
