Services for Mr. Arsdell 'Buck' Bussell, age 85, of Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on Friday April 10, 2015 in Sparta will be conducted on Monday, April 13, 2015 at Crest Lawn Mausoleum.
Mr. Bussell was born on December 1, 1929 in Putnam County Tennessee to the late
Oliver Bussell and Tina Howell Bussell.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served in the Korean Conflict.
He loved farming, working with his cattle, and bird hunting, but most of all he was a devoted husband and father who loved his family.
He and his wife were faithful members of the Colonial View Baptist Church.
'Buck' is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth 'Liz' Bussell,
two daughters - Brenda Bussell and Donna Gaw (husband Wayne),
three grandchildren - Brandi Turnage (Steven) Vaughn, Jennifer (John) Boswell and
Cristy (Matt) Betcher as well as five great grandchildren.
Mr. Bussell was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his daughters,
Wanda Waites Bussell,
two brothers - James 'Arlis' Bussell and Burl Bussell, and one grandson -
Ricky Turnage.
Bro. Jim McCaleb will be conducting the entombment service.
