Arnold J. Bussell, 46, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. C.D. Bussell of Remington, died in Veteran's hospital, McKinney, Texas, Wednesday, where he had been a patient since 1958 when he was retired from army service as a
Major. He had been in the army since 1940.
Born in Warren county May 2, 1918, he was graduated from Remington high school in 1936 and married Dorothy Hudson in 1954.
He was a member of the Masonic lodge and Remington Christian church.
Last rites were to be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Howard funeral chapel, Remington. Burial was to be in Remington cemetery with Masonic and American Legion graveside services.
Surviving besides the widow are three daughters, Donna Kay of Chula Vist, Calif;, Karen and Vicki of Euless, Tex.; and a sister, Mrs. Warren (Evelyn) Arbuckle of Remington.
