Mrs. Nettie M. Buskirk Staley, 88, formerly of Princess Drive, W.L., died at 9:40 p.m. Thursday in Home Hospital. She was admitted there one week ago from Comfort, Inc.
Born in Montgomery County, Mrs. Staley lived in Tippecanoe County many years, moving to West Lafayette in 1947. She was first married in 1907 to Benjamin E. Connolly, who died in 1947. Her second marriage was in 1952 to F. Earl Staley and he died in 1966. She was a member of Federated Church, W.L.
Surviving are three step-daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Mary) Lefler of Charleston, ILL., Mrs. Anthony (Ruth) Tooth of Whiting, N.J., and Mrs. A. D. (Helen) Rankin of Head Island, S.C.; one sister, Mrs. Tina Pierce of Rochester; and a brother, J. H. Buskirk of Lafayette.
