MUSCATINE, Iowa - Donna Mae Burr, 58, of Muscatine, died Wednesday, December 12, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, after an extended illness.

Memorial Services will be at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Reverend Dan Robbs of the Sycamore Baptist Church will officiate. Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Sycamore Baptist Church.

Mrs. Burr was born on July 11, 1943, in Muscatine, the daughter of Glen and Esther Bahr Jennett. She married Ralph Burr on December 21, 1962, in Illinois City.

She most recently worked for H.J. Heinz Company.

She attended the Sycamore Baptist Church.

She enjoyed biking, the outdoors, being with people and time spent with her dog, Buffy. She played the trumpet in the River City Big Band of Muscatine, and also enjoyed playing the piano.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Burr, of Muscatine; one son, Darren Burr of West Des Moines; one daughter, Tammy Pecoraro and her husband, Mark, of El Cajon, California; her mother, Esther Jennett of Muscatine; two brothers, Kenneth Jennett and his wife, Evonne, of Bedford, Iowa, Vernon Jennett and his wife, Ruth, of Mooresville, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Glen Jennett; three infant sisters; one aunt and one uncle.
