Frances "Peggy" Burns Baker, a homemaker, died Friday of undetermined causes at her home in Snellville, Ga. She was 74. Mrs. Baker was born in Biloxi, Miss., and lived in New Orleans before moving to Snellville. She was a member of Nativity Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Survivors include four sons, Joseph Michael Baker of Yorktown, Va., Russell Paul and James Roy Baker, both of Slidell, and Donald Thomas Baker; a daughter, Julie Baker Sarpy; a brother, John Burns of Biloxi, Miss.; a sister, Betty Lightsey of Houston; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A Mass will be said Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Nativity Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Biloxi. Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi. A rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be in Southern Memorial Park.
