Coyla Bebernes, 79, of Birchwood, Tenn., born in San Mateo, Calif., passed April 18, 2018, with her husband by her side.Over the years, among others things, she served as an elected school board member for Oneida City Schools in Oneida, N.Y., a dental assistant, and a Hospice volunteer.Her crowning achievement was a 60 years of marriage to the love of her life, Eugene, which gave her three sons, Jack (Susan), Jeffrey (Sheryl) and Steven, four grandchildren, Sara, Erik, Chelsea and Melissa, and a great-granddaughter, Audrey.Throughout her long battle with M.S., she maintained her dignity like a true lady, and she will be dearly missed.Funeral services will be private.
