Services for J.C. Burleson, 41, who died Tuesday at Pemberton Manor Nursing Home, were at 2 p.m. today at Stringers Funeral Home in Crystal Springs. Mr. Burleson was a native of Indianola and former resident of Terry. He worked as a supervisor for a food manufacturing company.
Survivors include ten brothers, Clint Burleson of Inverness, W.R. Burleson of Crystal Springs, Jack Burleson of Greenwood, Frank Burleson of Isola, Joe Burleson of Marks, Steve Burleson, Sammy Burleson and Tommy Burleson, all of Jackson, Jerry Burleson of Oklahoma and James Burleson of Terry and nine sisters, Mrs. Bobbie McNair of Hazlehurst, Mrs. Patsy Jones of Slidell, La., Mrs. Sybil Cone of New Orleans, La., Miss Alice Faye Burleson, Mrs. Sarah Payne, Miss Charlotte Burleson, Miss Elizabeth Burleson, Miss Charlene Burleson and Miss Edna Burleson, all of Terry.
Burial will be in Terry City Cemetery.
