Mrs Emma Lou Burks, age 71, of the Prospect community died Tuesday, November 7, 2006, at Baptist Medical Center-Princeton in Birmingham, Ala.
The daughter of the late Rembert and Audie Allgood Allcorn was born in Winston County on February 10, 1935.

Funeral service will be at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel at 12:00 PM Thursday, November 9, 2006 , Reverend Dillon Calvert & Reverend Jerry Lake officiating. Interment will be at Beech Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening 6-9 PM at the funeral home
