CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Doris Loeb Burkes, 73, of Clarksville, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at Gateway Hospital in Clarksville.
Born Nov. 12, 1931, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Randolph Loeb and the late Lavinia Schieffelin Loeb.
She was a member of Brush Arbor Baptist Church. She lived most of her life in Danville and had lived in Tennessee for two years. She was a homemaker.
She was married to the late Robert Dunham.
She is survived by a son, Robert P. Dunham of Clarksville, Tenn.; two daughters, Bonnie D. Muller of Bachelors Hall and Lauri A. Reznak of Geneva, Ohio; two brothers, Ralph Loeb of Bachelors Hall and John Loeb; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by one grandchild.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, at Swicegood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stephen Lamb officiating. Interment will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Swicegood Funeral Home and at other times they will be at the home of Bonnie D. Muller, 321 Grays Park Road, in the Bachelors Hall community.
Swicegood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
