She was born in Merom, IN, a daughter of Franklin and Mary Magdalene (Setty) Burke. She married Earl Picklesimer on April 5, 1946, in Chicago; he died in 1996.
She leaves her children, Lee Picklesimer (wife Sandy) of Edwardsville, Pamela Jeanne Manley of Hillsboro, Patricia Gilbert (husband Rodney) of Holiday Shores; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
